Preserving shoes or a detachable skirt will incur an additional fee.

Once shipped, gowns typically take 1-2 months to be completed - during peak times, this can take up to 3 months.


Your preservation box can be shipped directly to your address at no additional charge. You are also welcome to ship your preserved gown to the store. We will notify you upon its arrival and set up a time for you to come pick it up!
